වර්තමාන පාසලේ තත්ත්වය නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීමේදී පැහැදිලිව දක්නට ලැබෙන්නේ පාසලේ පවතින ගුරු හිඟය වේ. එහිදී පාසලේ සංගීතය, චිත්‍ර හා නැටුම් යන සෞන්දර්ය විෂය ඉගැන්වීම සඳහා කිසිදු ගුරුවරයෙක් නොමැති වීම පාසලේ ශිෂ්‍යයන් හට බලපාන සෘජුව ගැටලුවක් වී ඇත. එමෙන්ම පාසලේ ක්‍රීඩා ගුරුවරයකු නොමැති වීමද, පාසලේ කිසිදු ක්‍රීඩා කටයුත්තක් නොවීමට හේතුවක් වී ඇත හේතුවකි. මෙමගින් ශිෂ්‍යයින්ගේ බාහිර ක්‍රියාකාරකම් බොහෝ දුරට පාසල තුළ ක්‍රියාත්මක වීම ඇනහිටීම ද හේතුවකි. පාසල තුළ අනධයන කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයක් නොමැතිවීමත්, ඒ සඳහා ද ගුරුවරුන් යෙදවීමට සිදුවීම්ත්, පාසල ඉගනුම් ඉගැන්වීම් කියා ක්‍රියාවලියට බාධා ගෙන දෙන්නත් වී ඇත. පාසලේ සේවය කරන එක් ගුරුභවතෙකු හැර, අනෙක් සියලු දෙනා දුර බැහැර සිට පාසලට පැමිණ පාසල් අවට නතර වී සේවය කරන අතර, වර්තමානය පවතින රටේ පවතින අස්ථාවරත්වය හේතුවෙන් ශිෂ්‍යයින්ගේ ඉගැන්වීම් ක්‍රියාවලියට බාධා ගෙන දෙන්නත් වී ඇත. වතු පාසලක් වන අප පාසල දුරකතන සේවාවන් නිසි පරිදි ක්‍රියාත්ම නොවන ප්‍රදේශයකි. මේ හේතුව මත වර්තමානයේ ඉගෙනුම්ක කිරීමට නොහැකි වී ඇත.

පාසල තුළ අධ්‍යාපනය මට්ටම මට්ටමේ වර්ධනයක් හෝ හෝ කඩාවැටීමක් නොපෙන්වන අතර, පාසල තුළ ශිෂ්‍ය පාලන පාර්ලිමේන්තුව, පරිසර බට නියමු කණ්ඩායම, සිංහල සාහිත්‍ය සංගමය, බෞද්ධ සාහිත්‍ය සංගමය හා විද්‍යාව සංගමය ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ. පාසල තුළ පොත් 4300 කින් යුත් පුස්තකාලයක් තිබුණද ඒ සඳහා යෙදවීමට ගුරුවරයකු නොමැති වීමෙන් ශිෂ්‍යයන් හට පොත්පත් පරිශීලනය කිරීම්ට අවස්ථාවක් අවස්ථාවක් නොලැබී ඇත. විදුහල්පතිතුමාට එය යාවත්කාලීන කර ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමේ උවමනාවක් හෝ අපේක්ෂාවක් දක්නට නොමැත.

වර්තමානයේ පාසලේ සිටින විදුහල්පතිතුමාගෙන් දැක්මට අනුව පාසලේ ඉගැන්වීම් කාර්යයට පමණක් මුල්තැන දෙන අතර, විශේෂයෙන්ම විෂය සමගාමී ක්‍රියාකාරකම් හා වෙනත් බාහිර ක්‍රියාකාරකම් පිළිබඳව ද, පාසල් පරිසරය පිළිබඳවද, කිසිදු තැකීමක් නොකිරීම ශිෂ්‍යයන්ගෙන් මුදු කුසලතා වර්ධනයට බාධාවක් පෙනී යයි. පාසල් තුළ ගුරුවරුන් හනුවර දිස්ත්‍රික්කයට අයිති ප්‍රදේශ් වල සිට පැමිණෙන හෙයින් පැමිණිදා සිට ඔවුන්ගේ අරමුණ වී ඇත්තේ, ගුරු ස්ථාන මාරු වීමක් ලැබ මා ජීවත්වන ප්‍රදේශයට යෑම වේ. මේ හේතු මත පාසලේ ඉගැනුම් ඉගැන්වීම් ක්‍රියාවලියට යම් දුරකට බලපෑමක් එල්ල කරනු ලබයි.

When observing the current state of the school, what is clearly seen is the shortage of teachers in the school. The absence of any teacher to teach the aesthetic subject of music, art and dance in the school has become a direct problem affecting the students of the school. Also, the absence of a sports teacher in the school is a reason for not having any sports activities in the school. This is also the reason why the external activities of the students mostly stop working in the school. The absence of non-academic staff in the school, and the failure to employ teachers for that purpose, has hindered the process of teaching and learning. Except for one teacher who works in the school, all the others come to the school from far away and work around the school, and due to the current instability in the country, the teaching process of the students has been disrupted. Our school, which is an estate school, is an area where telephone services are not functioning properly. Due to this reason, it is not possible to learn at present.

The level of education in the school does not show any growth or collapse, and the student governing parliament, environmental reed pilot group, Sinhala Sahitya Sangha, Buddhist Sahitya Sangha and Science Sangha operate in the school. Although there is a library of 4300 books in the school, due to the absence of a teacher to use it, the students have not got an opportunity to consult the books. The Principal has no desire or expectation to update and implement it.

According to the vision of the principal in the school at present, only the teaching work of the school is given priority, especially the co-curricular activities and other external activities, and not caring about the school environment, is an obstacle to the development of soft skills from the students. Since the teachers in the schools come from the Pradesh belonging to the Hanuwara district, their aim since their arrival is to get a teacher transfer and go to the area where I live. For these reasons, the learning and teaching process of the school is affected to some extent.
