4. අප පාසල ගමන් කළ යුත්තේ කොතැනටද? Where should we move the school?

අපි පාසල් අධ්‍යාපන ක්‍රමයේ වෙනසක් ඇතිවිය යුතු කාලය එළඹ ඇත. පාසල තුළ සුදුසු තත්ත්වය සුතාත්‍ය අධ්‍යාපනක්‍රමයන්, සුහුරු පන්ති කාමර නිර්මාණය වෙමින් පවතී. ඒ දෙස බලන විට අප පාසල් ඇත්තේ පහළ මට්ටමකය. ඒ සඳහා අවශ්‍ය මානව සම්පත හා භෞතික සම්පත් යන දෙකෙහිම හිඟයක් පාසල තුළ ඇත. එහෙත් අධ්‍යාපන ක්‍රමය නව ලෝකයට ගැලපෙන ආකාරයෙනකින් ද දරුවකු බිහි කිරීම අපගේ වගකීම වේ. ඒ සඳහා අප මේ පාසල් තුළ ගුරුවරුන් පුහුණු කර, ශිෂ්‍යයින් අධ්‍යාපන ක්‍රමවේදය යටතේ නව ලෝකයටගැළපෙන සිසුන් පිරිසක් බිහි කිරීම අත්‍යවශ්‍යයි. ඒ සඳහා අප ගමන් කිරීම්ට හැකි දේවල් අතර,

• ගුරු මණ්ඩලය වර්ධනය කර කරගැනීම.

• පාසලෙන් ඉවත්වන ශිෂ්‍ය ප්‍රතිශතය අවම කර ගැනීම.

• විභාග සමත්වන සිසුන් ප්‍රතිශතය වැඩි කර කරගැනීම.

• "අපගේ පාසල කෙතරම් ගුණාත්මක ද" යන වැඩ වැඩසටහන නිසි අධීක්ෂණයකින් යුතුව ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම.

• පාසල තුලට අලුත් ක්‍රීඩා හදුන්වාදීම.

• සුහුරු පන්ති කාමරයක් නිර්මාණය කිරීම.

• පාසලේ ආරක්ෂිත වැට පිළිසකර කිරීම. 

• පාසල් වත්ත පිළිසකර කිරීම් හා ආපදා සහිත ස්ථාන සකස් කිරීම.

• ගුරු නිවාස සංඛ්‍යාව වැඩි කිරීම.

• එළිමහන් පන්ති කාමරයක් සකස් කිරීම.

• අබලන් වී ඇති ලී බඩු උපකරණ අලුත් වැඩියා කිරීම හා සකස් කර ගැනීම.

• නව අධ්‍යාපන ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණ ගැන දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩ වැඩසටහනක් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම.

The time has come for us to have a change in the school education system. In the school, suitable conditions are being created with proper educational methods and friendly classrooms. Looking at it, our schools are at a lower level. There is a lack of both human resources and physical resources required for that in the school. But it is our responsibility to give birth to a child in a way that the education system is suitable for the new world. For that, it is essential that we train teachers in these schools and produce a group of students who can adapt to the new world under the student education system. • Increasing the percentage of students who pass exams.
• Implementation of "How Quality is Our School" work program with proper supervision.
• Introducing new sports into the school.
• Creating a friendly classroom.
• Repairing the safety fence of the school.
• School garden repairs and disaster preparedness.
• Increasing the number of teacher houses.
• Setting up an outdoor classroom.
• Refurbishment and repair of dilapidated wooden furniture.
• Implementation of awareness work program about new education reforms.
